Identified

The issue has been identified, IP whitelisting on API keys is currently causing authentication issues, avoid using this feature until a fix is in place.

Investigating

We are investigating reports from clients receiving authentication errors on Derivatives via the REST API. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
