Please note that day orders and GTDs with today's date may have been cancelled by CME during the halt. GTC orders that were acknowledged will remain working. We recommend checking your open orders to confirm status.

We are aware of an ongoing technical outage at CME affecting Metals and Natural Gas futures and options markets. As a result, clients trading these products via NinjaTrader may be unable to place or execute orders at this time.
CME has confirmed that Natural Gas futures and options markets are expected to re-open shortly. Metals markets remain halted pending further updates from CME. Please note that all day orders and GTDs with today's date will be cancelled, while acknowledged GTC orders will remain working.
We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as further information becomes available.
