Scheduled - As part of our regular asset reviews, Kraken will begin a scheduled delisting cycle for XNAP.

Key dates:

February 6th: Deposits will be disabled at 1400 UTC.
February 19th: Markets will be disabled at 1400 UTC.
May 20th: Withdrawals will be disabled  at 1400 UTC.
May 21 - May 29: Remaining platform balances will be liquidated.
We recommend reviewing your portfolio and taking any necessary actions before then.

Please note that the legacy XNAP token that Kraken is delisting currently has an extremely inactive market. As a result, liquidation prices may be significantly below recent reference prices and, in some cases, may result in minimal or no proceeds due to insufficient market liquidity at the time of execution.

Scheduled - Vendor has planned maintenance on February 4th starting at 17:10 UTC, which is expected to last approximately 30 minutes.

During this time, Dart Bank wire transfers and ACH credit funding, including new account sign-ups, will be unavailable while our banking partners perform scheduled production maintenance.

Degraded Account Functionality for Some Canada-Based Clients
Identified - We have identified the cause of an issue affecting a subset of Canada-based clients where trading and deposits are temporarily unavailable. Withdrawals remain available and client funds are not impacted. A fix is currently being deployed, and we are monitoring the rollout closely. Further updates will be shared as progress continues.

Degraded Portfolio Balance Display
Identified - We are aware of an issue that may cause incorrect portfolio balances to be displayed for some clients across web and mobile platforms. Some clients who had Earn service interactions between approximately 21:00 - 00:00 UTC on February 3 may see temporary inconsistencies in their displayed portfolio balances.

Our teams have identified the cause and are working to fully restore data consistency. We will provide updates as progress continues.

DeFi Earn allocation flow unavailable on Kraken Pro Website
Investigating - We’re investigating an issue where users are unable to complete the DeFi Earn allocation flow on Kraken Pro Website.
Some users may be unable to finish setting up a DeFi Earn allocation, causing the process to stop before it can be completed.

Workaround: Kraken Pro Mobile is not impacted, and users can successfully complete DeFi Earn allocations using the mobile app.

We’ll provide another update as soon as we have more information.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Update - We are continuing to work with Dart Bank to investigate the cause of the deposit delays. At this time there is no change in impact, and affected deposits are still processing more slowly than usual. We will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Scheduled - We are currently delisting the following assets: UST, LUNA2, NODL, PDA, ETHW, TVK, TUSD, MOVE, and BRICK. Markets and deposits for these assets were disabled on December 12, 2025. Withdrawals will remain available until February 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC. Any remaining balances on the platform will be liquidated during the liquidation period, which will run from March 1, 2026 through March 9, 2026.
Please note that several of these assets currently have extremely limited or inactive markets. As a result, liquidation prices may be significantly below recent reference prices and, in some cases, may result in minimal or no proceeds due to insufficient market liquidity at the time of execution.
