Funding Delays on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20)
Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. New deposits and withdrawals on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) funding gateway are processing normally. However, we are still investigating a backlog of deposits submitted previously that remain delayed. Our team is actively working to resolve these outstanding deposits and restore full service. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

[Humanity] [ H ] Funding Delays
Identified - Trading and funding for Humanity (H) on Ethereum remain paused following a security incident affecting the Humanity Protocol. This was caused by an external exploit on H.

Kraken's systems were not affected and customer funds held with Kraken are safe.

Update - We've identified an issue affecting Users on older Android devices (Android 15 and earlier) that may prevent them from signing in or using the Kraken, Kraken Pro, Krak, and Breakout Android apps. iOS apps and access via a web browser at kraken.com are not affected.

New Breakout app version containing the fix has been released and is available in Google Play.
We are continuing to work on a fix for Kraken, Kraken Pro and Krak apps.
