Verifying - Bitcoin Cash (BCH) funding remains offline while we monitor the outcome of the hard fork update. Please note that, as previously announced, the BCH ticker symbol on Kraken now refers to the Bitcoin ABC chain of Bitcoin Cash. All current balances of BCH now represent tokens on the Bitcoin ABC chain. When funding is re-enabled, withdrawals of BCH will only send tokens on the Bitcoin ABC chain, and only transactions on the Bitcoin ABC chain will be accepted as valid deposits. At this time we do not have an estimated timeframe for bringing BCH funding back online.

In progress - Bitcoin Cash (BCH) funding has been taken offline in preparation of the upcoming hard fork update. Until funding is brought back online, BCH withdrawals cannot be sent, nor will any funds sent to a BCH deposit address be credited. After the hard fork, we will monitor the situation closely and bring funding back online only once we believe it is safe to do so. BCH trading remains online. We do not currently have an estimated timeframe for bringing BCH funding back online, but we will provide updates once we have more information to share.
