Monitoring
We’ve resolved the delays impacting USD wire transactions processed via Dart Bank.
• All previously delayed withdrawals have been processed and client balances updated. • The remaining backlogged deposits have been reviewed. Our funding provider has confirmed that statuses on current transactions are correct and up to date.
We are no longer seeing issues with new USD wire transactions and expect normal service to continue. We will continue to monitor for any further delays.

Investigating
We have been made aware of a delay affecting Dart Bank funding transactions (deposit/withdrawals) initiated between 20:00 UTC on July 11 and end of day July 14, 2025. We are working with the funding provider to investigate the issue and address.
Note: Deposits and withdrawals created after this period are processing normally.
