Update
Markets are now in post-only mode. Only new limit, post-only orders can be submitted. Other order types will be rejected. Existing orders can still be canceled. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.

We are continuing to investigate the issue with our Spot Exchange.

Futures Markets are not affected & remain fully operational.

Update
Markets are now in cancel-only mode while we investigate the issue. Existing orders can be cancelled, but new orders cannot be submitted. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.

We are investigating an issue with Spot Exchange clients connecting to the platform and submitting orders over all Web & Mobile applications and Rest and Websocket connections. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
