Update

We have resolved most of the issues affecting the BNB Chain funding gateway. Withdrawals for BNB and both deposits and withdrawals for all other BNB Chain assets are now fully operational and up to date.

Deposits for BNB remain delayed. Our team is actively working to restore full functionality and will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

We're investigating an issue with the BNB Chain funding gateway. Deposits and withdrawals may be delayed at this time. All other funding methods are operating normally. We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.
