Investigating

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting a small number of users on Chrome desktop who experience broken navigation on www.kraken.com. Pages fail to load when navigating between sections without a full page refresh.

Clients experiencing this issue can resolve it following these steps:
1. Sign out of Chrome and turn off sync
2. Clear all browsing data (select “All time”)
3. Remove the Chrome profile:
- Click avatar > “Manage people” > remove the affected profile
4. Re-add your profile and sign back in

The Kraken Mobile app is not affected.

We’re working to identify the root cause and will provide further updates as they become available.
