We are aware of an issue that may cause incorrect portfolio balances to be displayed for some clients across web and mobile platforms. Some clients who had Earn service interactions between approximately 21:00 - 00:00 UTC on February 3 may see temporary inconsistencies in their displayed portfolio balances.

Our teams have identified the cause and are working to fully restore data consistency. We will provide updates as progress continues.
