AUD deposit and withdrawal services have resumed, but clients may still experience delays as Monoova continues processing a backlog of transactions. We are monitoring their progress and will provide further updates as they become available.

We are aware of the issues with some Australian (AU) funding methods due to an outage with one of our third-party providers Monoova. As a result, some clients may be unable to deposit or withdraw AUD using certain AU-based methods.

PayPal and Credit Card options remain operational, and clients are advised to use these alternatives while the issue persists.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
