Identified

Following an internal review, we determined that SPC no longer meets our listing standards. As a result, we have taken the following actions:
- SPC has been delisted from Kraken, effective immediately.
- All SPC trading pairs are now in cancel-only mode, and any open orders have been cancelled automatically.
- SPC deposits are no longer accepted.
- SPC withdrawals remain available.
