We have identified the cause of an issue affecting a subset of Canada-based clients where trading and deposits are temporarily unavailable. Withdrawals remain available and client funds are not impacted. A fix is currently being deployed, and we are monitoring the rollout closely. Further updates will be shared as progress continues.
