Investigating

We are investigating an issue affecting some clients using the Kraken App, where the available balance for Instant Buy may display as €0 or the equivalent of 0 in other fiat currencies. As a workaround, Instant Buy is currently available through the Kraken website.

Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal functionality. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available.
