Update
Historical portfolio balance data for total balances is now displaying again in Kraken Pro on both mobile and web. Historical charts for individual assets may still appear incorrect or flat while we continue work on restoring the remaining data.
The issue remains isolated to portfolio chart displays and does not affect actual balances or trading activity. Further updates will be shared as progress continues.

Update
We have identified an issue affecting the display of all historical portfolio balance data in the Kraken Pro mobile app and web interface. Users may see no data when viewing historical charts for both individual assets and total portfolio views.
This does not affect actual balances or trading functionality. A fix is being implemented, and we will share updates as work progresses.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the accuracy of Portfolio Asset Charts in the Kraken Pro mobile app and web interface. When viewing historical balance data for individual assets, users may see flat or misleading chart lines.
Regular historical balance charts (total portfolio view) are unaffected. The issue does not affect the actual balance of assets or trading functionality. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
