Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue impacting password resets through the Kraken Mobile app. Password reset links may redirect back to the sign-in page without allowing a password change.

Clients can continue to reset their passwords successfully at www.kraken.com.

We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.
