Investigating

We are investigating reports of degraded performance across Kraken platforms, including the website, mobile apps, and API. Clients may experience errors when attempting to withdraw or deposit assets, view balances, or access certain account information.

We are investigating reports from clients having difficulty connecting to the site and API as well as via mobile apps. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
