Nillion ($NIL) is migrating from Cosmos to Ethereum.
Kraken will handle this migration automatically on your behalf, no action is required from you.
Here's what you need to know:
Ticker: NIL (unchanged). Conversion rate: 1:1 — your balance will not change. NIL on Cosmos will no longer be supported on Kraken after the migration.
Key dates:
March 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC: Deposits and withdrawals for NIL on Cosmos will be paused. March 16 to 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM UTC: Migration will be performed for all clients. Funding will resume for NIL on Ethereum once complete.
There is no change to your ledger balances. Once the migration is finalized, your NIL will appear in your account as an Ethereum-based token, and deposits and withdrawals will reopen.
