- The snapshot was taken on Nov 11, 2025 at 11:40 UTC. - If you held AI16Z at that time, you’ll receive ELIZAOS at a 1:6 ratio, regardless of your current AI16Z balance. - Tokens will be distributed on Friday, Dec 19 at 3:00 PM UTC.
What happens to AI16Z?
- Your AI16Z won’t be debited - AI16Z trading stays disabled - Withdrawals reopen Dec 19 at 3:00 PM UTC
ELIZAOS trading & funding:
- Opens at the same time: Dec 19 @ 3:00 PM UTC - Deposits and withdrawals enabled
Only accounts holding AI16Z at the time of the snapshot are eligible. Tokens bought after the snapshot don’t qualify. There’s nothing you need to do. If you’re eligible, ELIZAOS will be credited to your account automatically.

Ai16z trading and funding on Kraken is paused effective immediately.
The team behind ai16z has announced a potential migration to a new token, elizaOS. Kraken is actively evaluating whether we can support this migration for eligible clients. To ensure account balances remain stable during this review, we have paused all ai16z activity on the platform.
What this means for you: -Your ai16z balance may be affected by the project’s migration. Kraken is assessing whether we can help migrate eligible client balances, but this is not guaranteed. We will share details as soon as we complete our evaluation. - Please do not deposit ai16z. Any new deposits sent now will not be included in the evaluation and may be lost. - Trading, deposits, and withdrawals will remain paused until we confirm whether the migration can be supported.
We will follow up within the next couple of weeks with full details—including eligibility, timelines, and what to expect next.
