Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue causing delays to historical balance data.
Current account balances are not impacted. However, affected users may see a gap in their historical balance data after August 12, 2026 at 08:00 UTC. Once the issue is resolved and processing catches up, the missing historical balance data will be published.

We are working to restore normal data processing and will provide an update when additional information is available.
