Investigating

We're aware of an issue with Plaid, one of our third-party payment providers, that is affecting USD withdrawals via Instant Bank Transfers. Some of these transactions may be delayed.

Affected transactions are queued and will be processed automatically once the service is restored.

We're monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as we have more information.
