Investigating

We are investigating an issue where some clients may see an incorrect total crypto balance displayed in their portfolio on the Kraken Mobile App.

This issue may cause stablecoin balances to be included in the total crypto balance calculation. Individual asset balances appear correct. Clients are encouraged to use Kraken Web while we work to resolve the issue.

Deposits, and withdrawals are not impacted at this time.

We are working to identify the cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
