We have implemented a fix for the earlier service disruption and are actively monitoring system performance as final data consistency checks are completed.
A small number of delayed deposits and withdrawals are being reconciled. No client action is needed at this time. We will continue to provide updates as progress continues.

We are currently investigating reports of degraded performance affecting email delivery, transaction processing, and some platform operations. Clients may experience delays or issues when completing certain actions across the website, mobile apps, and API.
This includes email delays related to account activation, withdrawals, security actions, and other automated notifications. Instant transactions, deposits/withdrawals, and Embed API services may also be impacted.
