We're undergoing scheduled maintenance to perform onboarding platform changes which may cause delays for signups for users from Germany (DE) starting from 19:00 UTC, 4th of February.
During this time You may experience: - New signups will not be processed immediately. - The manual support queue for Germany (DE) users may experience delays. - Existing clients which are in the middle of verification process might have a slight delay or a request after the deployment to re-login and complete their video interview. - Requests for increases in funding limits may be delayed.
The users that already completed their verification procedures and were onboarded to Kraken will not have any impact during this maintenance.
We expect to be operating normally by 21:00 UTC, 4th of February. We will keep you updated about the progress of this maintenance.
