The issue has been identified and the Trading Engine has been moved to post-only mode

The Trading Engine is now in cancel-only mode

We are investigating reports from clients having difficulty connecting to the site, API, and trading as well as via mobile apps. The issue appears to be connected to very heavy traffic. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
