Update

Fix was succesfull and the Futures Exchange is fully operational. We are further monitoring the results.

The issue has been identified and the fix has been implemented. Current status is "post only" and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating

We are investigating an issue with Futures Exchange clients connecting to the platform and submitting orders over all Web & Mobile applications and Rest and Websocket connections. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.

This incident affected: Website, Kraken Derivatives (User Interface, Single Sign-On, REST API, Websocket API, Cross-Exchange Transfers), and Kraken API (REST, Websocket).
