Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where some users on Futures sub-accounts can’t view derivative balances/positions on Kraken Pro Website. Affected users may only see Spot balances when using sub-accounts on Kraken Pro, and asset transfers from the Pro UI may be unavailable. API access is unaffected.

We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
