We’ve identified the issue causing delays in new Futures account signups. Users who created a Futures account after November 23rd at 18:25 UTC may not yet see their account fully accessible. Signups are not lost, but account activation is currently delayed.

We’ve also identified that API keys created after November 23rd at 18:25 UTC may fail with authentication errors. This is caused by the same activation delay, and these keys will begin functioning normally once the issue is resolved.

We are working diligently to resolve the issue and will keep you updated.
