Update
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue. New deposits and withdrawals on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) funding gateway are processing normally. However, we are still investigating a backlog of deposits submitted previously that remain delayed. Our team is actively working to resolve these outstanding deposits and restore full service. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
