Update
We continue to actively address account access issues impacting a subset of BCM-migrated accounts.
These challenges include password resets and two-factor authentication (2FA) removals for a limited number of clients.

Our teams are working diligently to resolve these issues and will provide further updates as progress continues.

We are aware of issues impacting a subset of users who have been migrated from the BCM Trading Platform resulting in an inability to log into Kraken products. We are working to resolve the issue and will update as soon as we have more information.
