We will be undergoing maintenance as we upgrade our systems on 13.02.2025 at 03:00 AM UTC. Clients will temporarily not be able to log in to their accounts and use the services on Kraken.com and Mobile applications. Websocket services may experience temporary interruptions, existing idling sessions should not be broken and new logins should go through without issues. Sessions active during the maintenance may experience logouts.
Please note that this is a rough estimate and precise time when services come back up may change slightly. We kindly advise all our clients to plan ahead accordingly and make necessary account adjustments prior to the start of the maintenance.
