Scheduled - Kraken will be undergoing extended maintenance as we upgrade our systems on the 1st of November at 15:00 UTC. For approximately 8 hours, clients will not be able to:
• Access their Kraken account, including Futures accounts via SSO
• Receive client support (see information on available service below)
• Access funding (deposits, withdrawals, instant buys, funding futures account)
• Trade on any Kraken platform, including all web and mobile applications.

We kindly advise all our clients to make any necessary account adjustments prior to the start of maintenance.

UXLINK (UXLINK) Funding Disabled
Update - Kraken will be supporting UXLINK on the new Ethereum contract address and resume trading and funding.

- Deposits and withdrawals of UXLINK on Arbitrum will remain disabled and are no longer supported.
- All current platform balances will be migrated to the new UXLINK contract 1:1. As such, there will be no changes to existing balances.
- Due to the nature of the UXLINK exploit, which involved fraudulent minting of new tokens, deposits received after the hack (14:55 UTC on September 22nd) that are currently on hold will not be credited.
- The new UXLINK contract address on Ethereum is: 0x3991B07b2951a4300Da8c76e7d2c7eddE861Fef3.

Timeline:
- UXLINK (ERC20) trading and funding is expected to resume by November 7th at 2pm UTC.
- A separate email will be sent to users with current UXLINK balances once platform activity is resumed.

- UXLINK/USD and UXLINK/EUR trading pairs have been placed into Cancel-Only mode. This means clients can cancel open orders and close existing positions but cannot place new trades.

We are collaborating closely with the UXLINK team to complete the migration to the new UXLINK contract and ensure a smooth distribution process.

Identified - We have temporarily disabled deposits and withdrawals for UXLINK (Arbitrum One network) following reports of a security incident with UXLINK.

Trading of UXLINK on Kraken remains available.

This action has been taken as a precautionary measure to protect clients. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Monoova AUD Funding Delays
Update - AUD deposit and withdrawal services have resumed, but clients may still experience delays as Monoova continues processing a backlog of transactions. We are monitoring their progress and will provide further updates as they become available.

Identified - We are aware of the issues with some Australian (AU) funding methods due to an outage with one of our third-party providers Monoova. As a result, some clients may be unable to deposit or withdraw AUD using certain AU-based methods.

PayPal and Credit Card options remain operational, and clients are advised to use these alternatives while the issue persists.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting the Kraken Futures API endpoint /derivatives/api/v3/unwindqueue, which is returning stale data. This endpoint provides risk monitoring information showing how close open positions are to being forcefully unwound during counterparty liquidations.

Trading, margin calculations, position management, and liquidations are fully operational and unaffected.
